This is a great focal point for. It's useful for meditation. Spiritually, to connect with the basics of life itself. So when feeling tested I try to quickly envision what I focused on to achieve calm, in order to regain that calm. In my case I have a pendant like this to wear or keep in my pocket. Just something physical for a quick reset to try and rebalance.
